Our telematics system collects vehicle data directly via the interfaces installed in the vehicle and trailer. Our units use the FMS interface in commercial vehicles and the EBS interface in semi-trailers and trailers. Vehicles without an FMS interface are integrated via our own connection cable, without expensive retrofitting by the manufacturer or complex modifications to the vehicle. In addition, a special adapter allows for the connection of up to two CAN buses without interfering with the vehicle’s wiring. Depending on the application, additional analog and digital connections can be captured to utilize additional signals and switch states.

Automated alerts and notifications
Manual monitoring is being replaced. The telematics system automatically notifies you via email or push notification on your smartphone as soon as predefined events occur or thresholds are exceeded—enabling quick action in dispatch.
In day-to-day operations, the system protects cargo, vehicles, and processes. You receive immediate alerts for temperature deviations in the refrigerated trailer, critical tire pressure, or unusual refueling events. The repair shop is notified directly in the event of EBS errors, power unit malfunctions, or defects identified during pre-departure inspections to avoid unplanned downtime.
The fleet remains protected in the areas of compliance and safety as well: Alarms report tachograph misuse, such as driving without a driver card or extreme driving maneuvers. Via GPS tracking and geofencing, you’ll also receive precise notifications upon arrival at and departure from relevant locations.

Is my data secure?
Your data is stored on our own servers in Germany for two years and can be exported in various formats at any time. Aside from you, this data is accessible only to our authorized staff. Even within your own company, you can choose to share only specific information about drivers and vehicles with your employees. This means you always have full control.
Can the collected data be exported?
You can easily view and filter all the data we receive and process from your telematics units, and export it as an Excel or CSV file for further processing.
