From vehicle inspection to complex data analysis. All in one platform.
Live GPS Tracking
Live GPS tracking of your trailers forms the basis of Trendfire’s trailer telematics. You will always know exactly where your trailer is at any given moment or when it will arrive at its destination.
- GPS-tracking for localisation
- Protocol Log of addresses visited
- Location tracking even if the trailer is not attached
- Route layout, itinerary, Track & Trace, Evaluation of distances travelled
Battery operation
Thanks to the powerful, built-in battery in our telematics units, your trailers are never left unprotected. Even when a trailer is uncoupled and parked in a car park or at a depot without an external power source, GPS tracking remains active. This allows you to maintain full control at all times and protect your valuable cargo and fleet from theft and unauthorized movement around the clock.
- Self-sufficient tracking Reliable positioning even without a coupled truck
- Theft protection: Alerts for unauthorized movement and cargo access while the vehicle is stationary, using geofencing and door sensors
Geofencing
Geofencing and area monitoring make using GPS tracking as convenient as possible. You do not need to constantly check the current position of your vehicles, roadlox monitors areas defined by you and notifes you,, as soon as a vehicle enters or leaves the area. For example, you can be informed if a vehicle leaves your premises without authorisation at night or arrives at a customer’s loading bay.

Accurate maps
Our telematics portal is based on Google Maps map material and satellite imagery. The maps in our telematics portal have also been enhanced with many practical functions:
- Current traffic information
- Waiting times at border crossings
- Webcams from the highway operators
- Tools for quickly estimating which vehicle is suitable for a job
- Remaining driving times and the vehicle’s current status are shown on the map
- Toll Calculation
Integration of trailers from different manufacturers
Do you have semi-trailers from various manufacturers in your fleet and want to keep track of them all? No problem. With our telematics solution, you can manage all your semi-trailers via a single portal. Retrofitting semi-trailers without telematics is quick and easy using the Trendfire telematics unit and wireless sensors. Semi-trailers fitted with a telematics system from, for example, Krone or Schmitz Cargobull can be easily integrated into the roadlox web portal via interfaces.
How does GPS positioning work with roadlox?
All you need to use GPS tracking is our telematics unit for the tractor unit or trailer. For location tracking, we use, among other things, the global Global Positioning System (GPS). Equipped with a GPS receiver, one can determine their position and speed at any time and from anywhere. For accurate positioning, the GPS receiver must receive the transmitted position data and timestamps from at least three GPS satellites. The data collected is transmitted directly from our telematics units to the data center and made available on our internet portal. This means you can always find the exact position of your vehicles and track all movements precisely.
