Analysis of driving time violations
Should any breaches of driving and rest periods occur, roadlox automatically generates a letter of instruction for the relevant driver. This reduces the annoying paperwork to a minimum. You can also trace the infringements on a map afterwards and prove during checks that the infringement was caused by, for example, a traffic jam or the search for a parking space. For this, roadlox not only considers the legal driving and rest periods, including double weeks and the minute rule, but also the Working Time Act. This gives you full control over driving times and automatically ensures compliance with legal requirements.
Automatic expense calculation
With Trendfire Expense report generate your expense report at the push of a button. Once set up, you can process expense claims for an employee or your entire workforce in minutes. Handwritten receipts and incorrect entries are a thing of the past. The duration of absence and countries visited by your drivers are automatically recorded using GPS and geofencing.
